Official Statement of Faith
Courageous Kingdom Ministries
Courageous Kingdom Ministries is founded upon the truth of God’s Word and the saving, transforming power of Jesus Christ. Our mission, identity, and service are rooted in the authority of Scripture and the call to live courageously as disciples of Christ.
1. The Nature of God
We believe in one true and living God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of all things, holy, sovereign, loving, and worthy of all worship and obedience.
(Genesis 1:1, Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:19)
2. Jesus Christ
We believe in Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross as the atoning sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, and now reigns at the right hand of the Father. He alone is the Savior and Lord.
(John 1:1, John 3:16, Colossians 1:15–20, Romans 5:8)
3. The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who indwells every believer, empowers them for holy living, provides guidance, conviction, comfort, and equips them for service and spiritual growth.
(John 14:26, Acts 1:8, Galatians 5:22–23)
4. The Authority of Scripture
We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living.
(2 Timothy 3:16–17, Hebrews 4:12, 2 Peter 1:20–21)
5. Salvation
We believe salvation is the gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Through His sacrifice, we are forgiven of sin, made righteous, and restored into relationship with God. Salvation cannot be earned by works but is freely given to all who believe.
(Ephesians 2:8–9, Romans 10:9–10, 2 Corinthians 5:17)
6. Sanctification
We believe sanctification is the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer, transforming them into the image of Christ. Through obedience to God’s Word and the power of the Holy Spirit, believers are called to live holy, set-apart lives that reflect God’s character.
(Romans 12:2, 1 Thessalonians 4:3, 2 Corinthians 3:18)
7. Kingdom Identity and Discipleship
We believe every believer is called to live courageously in their God-given Kingdom identity, growing in faith, obedience, and discipleship, while helping others grow in Christ.
(Joshua 1:9, Matthew 28:19–20, 1 Peter 2:9)
8. Family, Marriage, and Covenant
We believe God established marriage and family as sacred covenants and foundational institutions. We are committed to strengthening men, women, marriages, and families through Christ-centered discipleship and spiritual guidance.
(Genesis 2:24, Ecclesiastes 4:12, Ephesians 5:25–33)
9. Restoration and New Life
We believe in God’s power to restore, heal, redeem, and renew every life. Through Jesus Christ, brokenness is made whole, purpose is restored, and courage is renewed.
(Isaiah 61:1–3, John 10:10, Revelation 21:5)
Our Foundation Scripture
Courageous Kingdom Ministries stands firmly on the promise of God’s Word:
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9
